My name is Gibril Dibba, I have been in the army for a little over 21 years. I started my career as a 74B (Information Systems Analyst). My first duty station was in Heidelberg Germany where I worked as a help desk tech by receiving trouble tickets, solving the ones that I can, and forwarding the rest to my supervisor. I did that for five years, moved to Fort Lewis WA where I worked with our networking team for five years, and deployed to Iraq as a systems administrator for a year. Did a total of six years in South Korea as a system administrator, help desk supervisor, Telephone Control Officer, and Operations Seargent at a 3-Star level. From there I went to Fort Hood Texas as a Help desk / Content management supervisor then to Fort Knox as doing Video Teleconference, Telephone Control Officer while managing the Help desk with 16 soldiers. I have an active TS/SCI clearance, CompTIA SEC+, CompTIA NET+, and completed Digital Master Gunnery in Cyber Security (one month). I am currently attending the WordPress Web Developer training and am excited to add that to my toolbox. I am scheduled to start another boot camp in January with CIW Web Development Associate learning JAVA Script and HTML languages.
